Citizen Science Support Services at Ibercivis

At Ibercivis, we are firmly committed to the professionalization and continuous improvement of citizen science in Spain.

Our goal is to provide comprehensive support and high-quality resources to citizen science projects throughout their entire life cycle, from the initial conception of the idea to the evaluation of impacts.

In addition, we offer a wide range of capacity building services to strengthen the skills of all stakeholders involved in citizen science, promoting effective collaboration and competence development at all levels.

The resources of Ibercivis are accessible through a continuous and competitive open call, aimed at promoting open research.

The proposals submitted are evaluated by an Access Committee, composed of internationally renowned scientists.

Evaluations are based on criteria of scientific excellence, such as potential scientific and social impact, transparency, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
