Individuals and institutions interested and/or involved in Citizen Science are now invited to participate in the elaboration of the White Paper on Citizen Science.
In this document Socientize is compiling policy recommendations for the European Commission related with citizens’ engagement in the excellence in science for Horizon 2020. We therefore collect experiences and suggestions from the divers stakeholders involved in citizen science, like volunteers, researchers, infrastructure providers, scientific organizations, communicators, innovators, journalists, educational experts and artists..

O SOCIENTIZE é um projeto de coordenação e suporte financiado pela Comissão Europeia que pretende envolver todos os agentes em projetos de Ciência Cidadã estabelecendo assim a base na Europa para este novo paradigma de ciência aberta e produzindo o Livro Branco de Ciência Cidadã.
Estão a ser recolhidas recomendações de políticas para a Comissão Europeia relacionadas com o compromisso dos cidadãos na excelência da Ciência para o programa Horizonte 2020. Sugerimos que aproveite esta oportunidade para contribuir para o Livro Branco aqui.
Todas as contribuições serão agrupadas, analisadas e publicadas anonimamente. O seu nome e instituição aparecerão na lista de contribuintes. Uma primeira proposta do Livro Branco (O Livro Verde) será publicada em outubro de 2013.
A versão final do Livro Branco será publicada em outubro de 2014.
